GCC'S 2009 BIBLE BEE LOCAL CONTEST
IS THIS SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12.
40 Contestants ages 7 - 18, many from our own congregation, will be competing in the challenging all-day Bible Bee competition.
Right now our Contestants are hard at work studying up to 300 Bible Passages, 200 Bible Knowledge Questions, and 6 books of the Bible - Genesis, I & II Samuel, Matthew, Acts, and Romans.
There are approx. 17,000 Contestants nationwide, all vying for 300 slots in the National Competition held November 4-6 in WASHINGTON, DC!
Please pray for our Contestants and Volunteers as we prepare for this exciting event!
