WASHIGNTON, D.C. A team of friends from Louisiana and Gateway Christian Community carpooled to The Call on the Mall in Washington, DC for twelve hours of intercession for the nation on Saturday, August 16, 2008 The team reported that the estimate was approximately 70,000 in attendance for the event. There was a very real sense of freedom to pray and worship in the nations capital as the Body of Christ.
